Counselors-in-Training (CITs), typically 16-17 year olds and/or rising juniors or seniors. To see our CIT dates and rates, please visit our CIT Page. Our 2-day CIT Graduation trip is scheduled for Session 3.

Directors Visits

Directors visits are the perfect way for first-time families looking to learn more, or for existing families to share the Quine-love with their family and friends. We can set up a visit with your family and friends, a great way for us to share what makes Quinebarge special. We are available in the Boston area for family visits from November-March. In less than an hour, we’ll show our camp video, talk about camp and answer any questions you or your child have. To schedule a visit, please contact us at 603-253-6029 or fun@campquinebarge.com.

Camp Tours

If you would like to visit Quinebarge, in or out of the camp season, please contact us at 603-253-6029 or by email at fun@campquinebarge.com to make arrangements. Tours are usually 10am or 11am Monday-Friday.

Friends and Family Discounts

Families sending more than one child, or referring a new camper, receive $100 off each child’s tuition for residential summer camp.

What else should you know?

Our tuition is all-inclusive for our residential summer camp. We do not charge extra for horseback riding, trips, or laundry. Campers may wish to bring a small amount of money, about $10 per week, for use on trips out of camp. Getting ready to shop for camp? See our Packing List

Scholarships

Camp Quinebarge is proud to offer a limited number of scholarships each year. If you’d like to learn more about these please contact us.  Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for those that qualify, and are partial only, as all families must share in at least a portion of the tuition. Please apply early. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please fill out this Google Form and we will be in touch. Returning families who have received aid in the past should reach out to us early to secure their discount.

Transportation

For campers arriving by plane, we pickup and drop off at Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) and Manchester Airport (MHT) in NH. Parents must consult with the Camp Directors prior to making travel arrangements, as we are only able to visit each airport once. Pickup and drop off are between 11AM and 2PM at each airport.

Refunds

Your $750 deposit is fully refundable until December 31, 2023. From January 1 thru May 15, you may cancel and any payments minus the deposit are refundable. We regret we are unable to provide refunds from May 16 on. If we are unable to open for any reason you are entitled to a full refund. If camp closes early, families are entitled to a refund of the pro rata, unused portion of their tuition only, or they may choose to donate or roll over the tuition to the following summer.
