2017 Camp Registration is Open – Please Register Today!!!
Dear Quinebarge Families and Friends,
We hope you are all doing amazing and enjoying the cool Fall air and getting great grades in school. I am writing to let you know a few things about Summer 2017.
First of all, our 2017 Camper Registration season is open. We have switched over to CampMinder as our registration software, which is easier for families to use, submit forms and communicate with us (and us with you). We promise: no more switching software.
I would like to urge you all to sign up for camp early this year. We already have several fold more camper sign ups than this time last year or before and we are expecting a full camp next year. You can sign up with just a $500 deposit so please reserve your spot today.
Dates and Rates
You will notice we are trying to stick with a 2-2-3, 4-3 or 7 week sessions in 2017. We do this to ensure less coming and going, more bonding, and more friends and continuity at camp. We open on June 25 and run to Aug 12.
Camp Quinebarge’s program is really set up as a 4-3 week program. If your camper came for two weeks last year, please consider adding a week or two for 2017 to ensure your child gets the most awesome experience Quinebarge has to offer.
Also, as with last year, sessions will run from Sunday to Sunday, except for our last day, which is Saturday, August 12th. This gives most campers a full extra day or two and less down time for campers staying multiple sessions.
Please note also our rates have increased for 2017. After nearly five years of maintaining our rates and even dropping them for multiple sessions, we were forced to increase our rates this year. We remain committed to making camp affordable for as many campers and families as possible so please reach out to us with any questions.
Scholarships
Likewise, if you received a scholarship or discount (other than a Family, Early Bird, Military-type discount), please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you again. As I mentioned above, we already have a lot of new campers signing up and need to make sure we have the space and ability to serve everyone, but sign up is on a first come first served basis.
