Dear Camp Families,

Please Enroll Early. Due to a high return rate and unprecedented early enrollment from new families, our sessions will fill early this year. Registration for all of our sessions is now open, and we strongly recommend to enroll now, before sessions sell out.

Your deposit is 100% refundable through January 31. Please contact us with any questions and we will do our best to accommodate every family.

*Due to school dates, we are happy to accept campers a few days late during Session 1.

Airport Transportation - Manchester, NH Roundtrip transportation to/from MHT. Includes linens and toiletries. $200
Airport Transportation - Boston, MA Roundtrip transportation to/from BOS. Includes linens and toiletries. $250
Linens and Toiletries Sheet set, blanket, pillow, sleeping bag, towels, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, bug spray, etc. $50

Sessions start Sundays from 12 PM – 2PM and finish Saturdays from 9 AM – 11 AM. Tuition balances are due by May 31st.

CITs should plan on attending for either 6 week session ($5850) or the full 8 weeks ($7200).


Director’s Visits

Director’s Visits are the perfect solution for first-time families looking to learn more, or for existing families to share the Quine-love with their family and friends. During a visit, a Quinebarge Director will visit you in your home, supplying pizza or ice cream sundae supplies. You invite 3 or more families who may be interested, and we’ll show the camp video, answer questions, and make sure the kids go home with some Quinebarge swag. Friends and Family Discounts

Families sending more than one child, or referring a new camper, for at least two weeks receive $100 off each child’s tuition.

What else should you know?

Our tuition is all-inclusive. We do not charge extra for horseback riding, trips, or laundry. Campers may wish to bring a small amount of money, about $10 per week, for use on trips out of camp.


Camp Quinebarge offers a small number of scholarships each year. If you’d like to learn more about these please contact us or fill out our online Financial Aid Application. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for those that qualify, so please apply early. Returning families who have received aid in the past should reach out directly to our Directors at 



Camp Quinebarge offers pick-up and drop-off for campers flying to or from Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) and/or Manchester Airport (MHT) in NH. Parents must consult with the Camp Directors prior to making travel arrangements, as we are only able to visit each airport once on each pick-up or drop-off day. Typically, departures and arrivals are at Manchester between 11 AM and 2 PM, or between 12 PM and 3 PM for Boston. 

Airport transportation fees include linens rentals and toiletries. 

Visiting Days

Visiting Days are transition Sundays (July 7, July 21, Aug 4) between 10 AM and 4 PM, and are a time for campers to visit with their families. For other times, please call ahead and set up a visit with the office. (We wouldn’t want you to show up only to have your child at the top of Mount Washington.)


Your $500 deposit is fully refundable until January 31, after which everything but the deposit is refundable until the first day of camp.
