There’s simply nothing more fun than summer camp. The activities, friends, campfires, and trips all come together to create an experience that simply can’t be replicated elsewhere. The only problem is that we’re limited to 8 weeks each summer to provide the experience of a lifetime. To make each moment count, we’ve intentionally created a program that puts the camper experience – their fun, friends, and personal growth – at the forefront. At the core of our program are camper’s choice activities. Each child selects their own activities within our structured elective framework, ensuring that each day is spent doing what they love, with peers who share their interests. 

Professional, Trustworthy Staff

One of the topics our campers’ parents ask about most often is how we hire counselors each summer. In order to provide the best, and safest, possible Camp experience, we go through an intensive vetting process for all of our staff. We choose the very best applicants, who go through multiple interviews, reference checks, and background checks before arriving at Quinebarge. During the 10 days prior to campers arriving, all of our staff participate in Traditions training, which covers everything they need to know about Quinebarge, including certification in First Aid and CPR, at a minimum. The end result is a professional, skillful team that is dedicated to helping each child have fun, make friends, and have a successful summer at Quinebarge.
